2. TRAINING SESSION #1: FITNESS ASSESSMENT

   Here we’ll work through a series of movements and I’ll gather your current capabilities and fitness level. We’ll discuss health history, injuries and limitations. As well as exercise goals moving forward.

3. TRAINING SESSION #2: FULL WORKOUT

   Start your first personalized workout session based on YOUR body and your needs. This is the first session of your full workout plan if you decide we’re a good fit.

   You’ve decided to go all in on your health! Woohoo! Now it’s time to choose your training package based on your goals.

4x one-on-one personalized sessions to build strength, mobility, and physique with corrective, functional, and bodybuilding techniques (must be used in one month).

8x one-on-one personalized sessions to build strength, mobility, and physique with corrective, functional, and bodybuilding techniques (must be used in one month).

12x one-on-one personalized sessions to build strength, mobility, and physique with corrective, functional, and bodybuilding techniques (must be used in one month).

60-Minute therapeutic massage for recovery, pain relief, and improved mobility using deep tissue and sports techniques.

75-Minute therapeutic massage for recovery, pain relief, and improved mobility using deep tissue and sports techniques.

90-Minute therapeutic massage for recovery, pain relief, and improved mobility using deep tissue and sports techniques.

Combination of 8 personal training sessions and 2 massages (to be used in one month) for complete strength, recovery, and body balance.
